HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
This is a difficult question to answer as it will depend very much on the nature of the issues you come with. Sometimes only a few sessions are needed to explore a particular concern. Longer-term therapy is suitable for clients who want to look at recurring issues.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CONTACT US?
Either telephone, write or email us to arrange an appointment. No details will be discussed until the initial session during which you have the opportunity to talk about your present situation and get to know your counsellor/therapist. If after that initial session both parties agree to engage in therapy it will take place at an agreed time each week for approximately fifty minutes.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Our current rates are
Individuals £50 per session
Couples £75 per session.

Some low cost places may be available.

WHERE CAN YOU FIND US?
We are a short walk from central Kingston and are within easy reach of both Kingston and Surbiton railway stations as well as being close to a well serviced bus route.
