The therapeutic process can help you to challenge old patterns of behaviour in your life and relationships that are no longer useful. As a result of this you may find it easier to make new choices. If you experience any of the following concerns: • Relationship difficulties, conflicts at work or in the home • Depression • Anxiety, panic attacks • Stress and stress related illness • Bereavement and loss, for example loss of relationship or employment • Past and present trauma including sexual and physical abuse • Lack of confidence, social phobia • Low self-esteem, feelings of worthlessness then talking to an experienced professional is known to help you come to terms and find other ways of coping.
